FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Executive Director to implement the program, and take all decisions under the program, both discretionary and otherwise, with the advice of the General Counsel of the Foundation as appropriate.
This written Resolution will be effective as of 26 October 2012.
