Audit Committee

The audit committee consists of

• Michael Snow (board member)

Non voting members (per charter) are

• the Executive Director (Sue Gardner)
• Chair of the board of Trustees (Florence Devouard)

Stu West is the chair of the audit committee.

The committee is directed by the Board to take all steps necessary to prepare reviews, and the financial year external audit.
