All policies should be kept up to date in the [[m:Translation_subcommittee#Core_set_of_languages|core Wikimedia languages]]. The [partial] translations linked from the top of the page are significantly out of date. I wouldn't want a user running into the old pages because of a default language-redirection based on their browser preference... some mechanism for deprecating a translation that hasn't been updated (for the purpose of auto-redirection) would be handy.
