| This resolution adopted a revision of the Foundation Legal:Bylaws. It was passed unanimously at an in-person meeting on October 26, 2012. |
RESOLVED, that the Board adopts the revisions to the Foundation Bylaws set forth here.
This written Resolution will be effective as of 26 October 2012.
