This resolution to fill the remaining vacant appointed seat on the Board of Trustees was approved unanimously on March 17.

Resolved, that the Board invites Bishakha Datta to fill the currently vacant board-appointed trustee position and serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation. Her initial term will be until December 31, 2010, and may be renewed or extended before that date.
