| This resolution approving the Wikimedia Chapters' selections to the Board of Trustees was unanimously approved, in-person, on July 11, 2012. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation hereby approve and authorize the Wikimedia Chapters' selections of Patricio Lorente and Alice Wiegand to fill the Chapter-selected seats on the Board of Trustees for the coming term.
Resolved, that Patricio Lorente and Alice Wiegand are hereby appointed to the Board, for a term of two-years beginning July 11, 2012, until September 1, 2014, or the conclusion of the first in-person Board meeting after the completion of the next selection process to fill these positions, whichever comes first.
