Resolutions Board of Trustees Voting Transparency Feedback?
This vote unanimously approved making resolution votes transparent. It was passed on March 30, 2012.

Resolved, that votes on WMF Board of Trustees resolutions will be transparent on a per trustee basis. Each trustee's vote of either approve, disapprove, abstain or recuse will be made public when a resolution's voting outcome is made public.
