This vote unanimously approved making resolution votes transparent. It was passed on March 30, 2012.

Resolved, that votes on the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees resolutions will be transparent on a per trustee basis. Each trustee's vote of either approve, disapprove, abstain or recuse will be made public when a resolution's voting outcome is made public.
