- This proposal failed to gain Board support. Therefore, this is not a Wikimedia Foundation resolution.
- The Board authorizes the creation of a finance committee.
- The existence of a grants sub-committee shall be determined by the Board in consultation with other committees. At this stage, grants will not form a sub-committee of finance.
