이 결의안은 기금 배분 위원회의 초기 운영 및 헌장을 승인했습니다. 2012년 7월 11일 직접 방문하여 9-0으로 통과, 부재 1명.

배경 리사이틀

2012년 2월 8일자 기금 모금 서한에서 이사회는 글로벌 운동을 지원하는 활동을 위한 기금 할당에 대한 권장 사항을 제시함으로써 위키미디어 재단에 봉사할 기금 베분 위원회(FDC)를 창설하겠다는 의사를 표명했습니다.
2012년 3월 30일 기금 배분 위원회 결의안에서 이사회는 사무총장에게 FDC의 구조와 구성을 결정하도록 지시했습니다.
이러한 결정에서 사무총장을 지원하기 위해 FDC의 자문 그룹이 구성되었습니다.
사무총장은 FDC의 창설 및 초기 운영을 위한 프레임워크를 준비했으며, 이사회는 이를 충분히 검토하고 이로써 지원합니다. 그리고
FDC 자문 그룹의 논의에 따라 전무 이사는 헌장, 개인 약속 서약 및 위키미디어 재단의 이해 상충 정책 준수에 따라 FDC의 공식 창설을 권장했습니다.

결의안

위의 설명을 바탕으로 이사회는 다음을 결의합니다:

위키미디어 운동의 임무 목표를 지원하는 활동 및 이니셔티브를 위한 자금 할당과 관련된 권장 사항을 만들기 위한 목적으로만 만들어진 자원 봉사 자문 위원회인 FDC를 설립합니다. 그리고 그의 회원에는 헌장의 조건에 따라 임명된 이사회 구성원 및 기타 구성원이 포함될 수 있습니다.
헌장에 따라 FDC의 생성 및 운영 권한을 부여합니다. 이로써 승인되고 이사회에서 수시로 수정할 수 있습니다.
FDC의 모든 구성원이 매년 개인적 약속 서약에 동의하고 서명하도록 요구합니다.
FDC의 모든 구성원이 FDC 구성원으로서의 역할을 수행할 때 항상 위키미디어 재단의 이해 상충 정책을 준수하도록 요구합니다.
FDC, 자금 보급 프로세스 및 권장 사항에 관한 피드백을 조정하는 책임을 지는 커뮤니티에서 선출된 대표인 "옴부즈맨"이라는 직책을 만들도록 승인합니다. 그리고
FDC가 FDC 제안과 일치해야 하는 행동 규칙을 수립하도록 지시합니다.
