| This resolution agrees for Jean-Baptiste Soufron to represent the Foundation at the International Digital Publishing Forum travel was approved by vote (4 supports) on 21 April 2006. |
Whereas the Foundation desires to be represented at the International Digital Publishing Forum;
It is hereby resolved that:
Jean-Baptiste Soufron shall attend the conference on behalf of the Foundation and the Foundation will pay Soufron's reasonable travel expenses not to exceed $750.
Jean-Baptiste Soufron is expected to provide feedback to the Board within two weeks of the conference, including a report and contact information.
