:Hello Quiddity, and congratulations on your new position at the WMF! In reply to your question, it could, but we would need to change the format from a simple rectangle because 13 is a prime number. If you can either think of a new layout or add some more projects (incubator, wikitech), then it could work. Maybe If you do so, you should update [[m:Template:OurProjects]] and collect translations (e.g., [[Template:OurProjects-de]]) as well. - I had briefly checked the history, and saw an incremental addition, but now I see that it was only at 11 projects for 3 weeks, until MediaWiki was added.
