- Meeting request received (internally, externally or a combo of both)
- Participants identified (local, international, unknown)
- Request prioritized
- Date/time search(considering criteria & limitations) begins on calendar
- Participants contacted
- Responses tracked
- Date/time confirmed
- Meeting added to calendar
- Logistics confirmed (call? In-person? Local? Off-site?)
- Facilitate meeting connection
- Follow up from meeting (usually includes setting up an additional meeting and the process begins again!)
