Chief Research Coordinator

This resolution appointing Gregory Maxwell as Chief Research Coordinator was approved by vote (1 abstention) on 11 February 2007.

Whereas the Foundation is in need of systematic research of a wide variety of matters which affect the Foundation and Wikimedia Community,

The Board accepts the resignation of James Forrester as Chief Research Officer,
The Board renames the existing volunteer role of "Chief Research Officer" to "Chief Research Coordinator". The role description can be found at Chief Research Coordinator.
The Board appoints Gregory Maxwell to this volunteer role.
