Instructions: The English fundraising page should simply include this page by using {{Fundraising}}. Non-English fundraising pages should also use {{Fundraising}} but override the translations here. The intentional side-effect is that untranslated text defaults to English, which is much better than a potential donor seeing {{{paypal_title}}}.
