About me
I'm from Virginia, and currently live in Brooklyn, NY. Before joining the Wikimedia team, I worked for 4 years as a sysadmin/webops engineer for CouchSurfing.org, and helped scale it while it grew from 300K to 4M users. Modern physics is exciting, bicycles are fun, voices are pretty.
My work
I joined Wikimedia in January 2012 as a systems engineer on the analytics team. I build backend infrastructure that supports WMF's analytics needs.
