Resolutions Resolution: Special Projects Committee June 2019 Feedback?
This resolution was approved on June 14, 2019.

Whereas the role of the Board of Trustees includes providing guidance and feedback on strategic and important Foundation initiatives; and

Whereas the Board wants to dedicate consistent resources to supporting that role;

Now, therefore, it is:

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees creates a Special Projects Committee;

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees adopts the Special Projects Committee charter set forth below; and

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees appoints as initial members of the Special Projects Committee Lisa Lewin (Chair), Raju Narisetti, and Christophe Henner.
