Vendosur, që Bordi i Besimtarëve me këtë të miratojë planin e propozuar vjetor 2011-12 prej 28.3 milionë dollarësh shpenzime dhe 29.5 milionë dollarësh të të ardhurave me rezervin në 20.7 milionë dollarë në fund të vitit 2011-12. Këto sasi nuk përfshijnë dhuratat e kufizuara për të financuar punimet shtesë të projektit.
If, during the year, the Foundation's management anticipates the reserve at each quarter-end will differ materially from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Board Treasurer promptly.
