Whereas the Audit Committee has conducted interviews of accounting firms to perform the Foundation's audit and has selected a firm which they are recommending to the Board for approval;
It is hereby resolved that:
The accounting firm, (name removed), shall be retained by the Foundation to:
- Prepare an audit of the Foundation from inception to 30 June 2005
- Prepare an audit of the Foundation for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2006
- Prepare tax returns
- Optionally, prepare quarterly reviews of financial statements
