It is hereby resolved that:

The Wikimedia Foundation hires Rob Halsell beginning in 2 weeks to work full-time in the areas of data center support and office IT administration, under the direction of the CTO, as described at Resolution:Computer technician/Job description and candidate.

Passed with 6 support votes and 1 abstention (Jimmy absent) at the Board meeting in Florida, March 18, 2007.
