This resolution authorizing the creation of the Executive Director Search committee was approved by vote (5 supports) on 8 November 2006.

Resolved that:

  1. The Board authorizes the creation of a committee to propose the final job description of the Executive Director, and propose a process or company to search for the candidate.
  2. The committee shall be primarily composed of three members: Brad Patrick, Oscar van Dillen and Jan-Bart De Vreede.
  3. The Board directs the committee take all steps necessary to propose the final job description of the ED by end of November 2006 and propose a process or company to search the candidate by end of November 2006
