Resolved, that the Board appoints

a) the following nine people as initial members of the Funds Dissemination Committee ("FDC"):

Dariusz Jemielniak
Ali Haidar Khan
Patricio Lorente
Mike Peel
Yuri Perohanych
Sydney Poore
Jan-Bart de Vreede
Anders Wennersten

b) Susana Moraes as ombudsperson
