The Board accepts the [[Minutes/July_8,_2010#Board_Governance_Committee_Report_and_Recommendations|Board Governance Committee's recommendation]] to extend the term of Board-appointed Trustees from one to two years, and directs the Governance Committee to develop a detailed set of recommendations around both balancing the term of appointed and community members and instituting a board member evaluation and replacement process as a successor to the prior [[m:Nominating committee|Nomination Committee]] process. The Board asks the Governance Committee to present these detailed recommendations by the end of the year. |
