Since 2010 they have not been posted on the board wiki, but simply filled out and signed at a Board meeting once a year and filed with the WMF counsel. I've asked whether we can be more transparent about these statements at some appropriate level of abstraction. Sj (talk) 20:29, 29 October 2012 (UTC)
