Displays standard introduction messages on category namespace pages.

Template parameters
This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Type	`type` `2`	Type of message to display	String	optional
Content	`content` `1`	Type or content of content included within category message will be displayed atop. Example the [[Terms of Use]]	Content	optional
