lowercase, not Lowercase

Hi Az (or Cbrown - whichever sees this first), I made this change [1] because uppercase first Letter is really not Norwegian. In the original at meta[2] these are written as all UPPERCASE, when lowercasing them only the first letter of proper nouns should have capital first letter. I can fix the rest of the Norwegian messages, but then I need some guidance to where I can find them around here (or where to fix it at Meta if that's preferred).
