Specially the latter one is very important for languages which has no editor here and mainly working on meta. and when you rewrite the text, unless you can fix all equivalent pages. Hi, your move Quarto link was reasonable, but I think it would be better at the bottom of "See also Current events" logically.
By the way, I think it is not a good idea to edit the site directly (it is totaly ugly if edit wars occur here) would you like to put a draft on meta in advance to make a drastic change - normally we do here so.
And if you change something on English page, please fix all other pages equally or inform your changes both Wikimedia:Modified and on meta m:Translation requests. Specially the latter one is very important for languages which has no editor here and mainly working on meta. and when you rewrite the text, unless you can fix all equivalent pages.
