Feedback policy

Hi. Can you explain the page you recently created "Feedback policy"? As far as I'm aware, only the Board can create policies here like this. Has there been a Board vote? Is this page mis-titled? I'm a bit confused. --MZMcBride 20:57, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
