Once you (or someone else) creates [[User:AVossbrinck (WMF)]], the link at [[Template:Staff and contractors]] will work properly. This wiki does not exactly follow the same rules as the other Wikimedia projects, since it is not open to all for editing, and in case of disagreement, the organ of decision will be the Board. Hi. This is what you want, I think. Once you (or someone else) creates User:AVossbrinck (WMF), the link at Template:Staff and contractors will work properly. For now it'll be grey unlinked text as the user page does not yet exist. Hope that helps. --MZMcBride (talk) 22:57, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
