Hi!

Hi Sbouterse,

I'm updating the Staff and contractors page and noticed that you have an account on this wiki, please can you create your userpage with a short biography and other introductory information about yourself and the work you do. (Feel free to look at other user pages for examples.)

Please let me know on my talk page when you have done this so that I can update the link for your username.

Thanks,

Two things

Hi.

First, I wanted to say that I love your new user page quote from Hāfez. :-)

Second, I noticed you're still listed at w:en:Wikipedia:Editor engagement/Team and I wasn't sure whether this was still accurate. It looks like the job title is definitely outdated, but it wasn't clear to me whether you were still part of this team in your new role. If you could take a look when you have a minute, that would be great.

Hope you're doing well. --MZMcBride (talk) 19:21, 17 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, MZMcBride! You're right, that editor engagement page is outdated...the somewhat odd thing about that page for me is that it was never setup as a truly defined unit of people who are together in one WMF dept/team (which is confusing). It sort of more collects people and initiatives at WMF that work on editor engagement-type projects. So it encompasses projects like the Teahouse, for example, which are not run out of WMF Tech, and that's where folks like myself ended up on the page. I'm not totally sure where the page is going in the long run, it is probably more up to people like Fabrice to define. But I will at least update my title there for now, though!
