- The goal of the NOA project is to collect images from scientific open-access articles and make them reusable. The images can be viewed in the search engine at http://noa.wp.hs-hannover.de/ . The upload tool is supposed to give users the option to upload images from the collection to Wikimedia Commons with their account.
