| This resolution was passed August 8, 2013 at an in person meeting of the Board of Trustees. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") appoints the following Trustees to serve as officers of the Board pursuant to the bylaws:
- Chair: Jan-Bart de Vreede
- Vice Chair: Phoebe Ayers
Resolved, that the Board appoints the following Trustees to serve on the committees pursuant to the committee charters:
